The prompt and correct supply of the right spare parts for our setting tools and automation components has a very high priority for us.

Thanks to our considerable manufacturing breadth, the majority of spare parts required are produced in-house.

We can thus make individual adjustments, if necessary. We keep high stocks of all parts and even of necessary blanks to ensure the shortest reaction times.

We support you with the set-up and marking, compile initial equipment kits, on request, and develop regular delivery systems together with you.

Maintenance & repair

[Regular professional service and maintenance of your HONSEL components helps to significantly increase their availability and to reduce the risk of unscheduled standstills.

We inspect the machine tools at regular intervals according to an agreed maintenance plan. In this way we can guarantee a thorough insight into the individual condition from which the necessary scope of repair and replacement can be identified in good time.

Furthermore, this allows you to constantly optimise your HONSEL machines for your production process and also bring older models up to the state of the art.

In the event of an unscheduled repair, our competent and outstandingly trained service technicians are available at short notice throughout Germany (and beyond, if necessary). In the modern and well-equipped HONSEL mobile workshops, the required tool and an extensive range of the most common original spare parts is always at hand. Other parts required can be delivered to your site within hours with the aim of minimising standstill times in your process.

Take advantage of our more than 85 years’ experience in the development and production of high-quality fasteners and the corresponding setting components.

Apart from the activities of our service team on site in your production shop, our engineers and technicians on the HONSEL Automation hotline are available to answer your questions over the phone.

Furthermore, the Internet offers extensive possibilities for remote analysis and maintenance with which fault symptoms can be analysed and necessary measures can be initiated quickly and easily. We offer you various flat-rate or cost-oriented models for these support services. We will be happy to advise you on which version best suits your requirements.

HONSEL know-how for your staff

It is important for us that you know our machines in detail so that we can analyse and remedy any faults together, and constantly optimise the applications. For this reason, we offer a number of training variants:

  • The HONSEL technicians train your staff individually on your own machines on site in your production shop.
  • Your staff come to our works in Fröndenberg and get to know not only a vast array of details about their own machine, but also our modern production facilities.
  • We conduct all the training courses also online in the form of video conferences. Flexible and inexpensive.
